Moneywort
(Lisimachia nummularia)
Moneywort is a fast-growing ground cover that grows 2-4 inches tall and 12-18 inches wide. In the summer, they have small yellow cup shaped flowers. They do best in full sun to partial shade but can get damaged in hot summers if they are in direct sunlight. These ground cover require moderate watering with well-drained soils as they do best in evenly moist soils and can tolerate damp areas but not standing water.

A 6-pk flat of petunias comes in mixed colors as well as solid colors. Petunias bloom throughout the spring and summer and require at least 6 hours of sun a day with moderate watering to keep the soil moist but not soggy. Petunias make a great choice for flower beds or for hanging backets to add a pop of color to your yard.

Statice Sea Lavender
(Limonium)
A hardy plant that thrives in coastal gardens, being able to tolerate salt mist and sandy soils. they can grow 2 feet tall and 1.5 feet wide. The leafy plant blooms bright purple flowers primarily throughout the summer into early fall but can also bloom year round. Statice should be planted in full sun areas with occasional watering every 1-2 weeks. Once established they are very drought tolerant and are often used in rock gardens or as a boarder.

Agapanthus

Agapanthus is an evergreen perennial that can grow about 14 inches tall with the flower stems growing 24 inches tall. They require full sun to partial shade with a minimum of 5-7 hours of sun per day and do best in fertile well- drained soils. They bloom bright blue-violet flowers throughout the spring and summer months.

Indian Hawthorn

An evergreen rounded shrub that grows 4-6 feet tall and wide. These shrubs have beautiful white blooms throughout the spring and early summer but do produce small bluish-black berries in the late summer until winter. They do require full sun with moderate watering. Younger shrubs that are freshly planted do prefer the soil to be more consistently moist while already established shrubs are more drought tolerant.

Ornamental Plum
(Prunus Cerasifera)
This deciduous tree is a beautiful choice for gardens or as a statement piece with its small pink-purple blossoms in the spring and red-purple leaves in the summer. They do go dormant and lose their leaves in the winter. This tree grows 10-15 feet tall and wide and does best in full sun with slightly acidic, well-drained soils. They do need regular watering during the growing season with a bit more water during dry summers.

Gala Apple
(Malus Domestica)
Gala apple trees can grow 10-20 feet tall and 10-15 feet wide. In the spring, they are filled with white blooms; in the summer, they produce small-medium red apples. The apples have a slightly sweet taste with a grainy but crunchy texture. These apples are a popular choice for making sauces and for fresh eating. The trees do require full sun with moderate watering 1-2 times a week depending on the weather.

Anna Apple
(Malus Domestica)
Anna apple trees grow 15-20 feet tall and 10-15 feet wide. In the spring, they are filled with white blossoms; in the summer, they produce larger sized apples with a greenish-yellow tint and a slight red blush. the apples have a sweet but slight tart taste and a crisp texture. These apples are a good choice for fresh eating, apple sauce, and apple pies. The trees require full sun and moderate watering.
